Meet our flagship kit and the original A&I infusion. Inspired by our favorite, the Old Fashioned, ease into the cozy familiar flavors of tangy oranges, warm cinnamon and clove. With the full-bodied flavors of this infusion, you don’t need to add much to it - a sugar cube, bitters and good company.

Our signature kit includes a 16 oz. glass jar with custom filtering pour spout, pre-measured ingredients, infusion instructions and cocktail recipes.

Hibiscus traditionally grows in tropical climates and is famous for its antioxidant and Vitamin C properties and for its refreshing, invigorating flavor. Our Elixir is made in 10 gallon batches by cooking down 3 different varieties of organic hibiscus flower petals to create a rich, intensive Elixir. It lends bold, lemony-tart and sweet berry notes to drinks and a jewel-like magenta hue comes directly from the flower petals.

Add a splash of our Hibiscus Elixir to your favorite spirits for a floral twist on cocktails. Pairs well with lighter spirits such as vodka, light rum or gin, dry white wines and champagne, and still or sparkling waters.

We source the delicate extract of Japanese Cherry Blossom, or Sakura flowers, to create this Elixir. Produced in 10 gallon batches, we add a light wild cherry undertone to give it more depth and complexity. Cherry Blossoms are highly revered in Japan as a symbol of the rebirth and beauty of flowers in Spring so we wanted to recreate this feeling by making our Cherry Blossom Elixir fresh and invigorating.
