Local Delivery + Nationwide Shipping Services

Whether it's a privacy screening tree for your garden or a designer scented candle, we can bring Chalet to you with either our local delivery service to our Chicagoland area or UPS shipping to anywhere in U.S.

Our standard delivery charge for orders is $99. We deliver using our own vehicles or trusted partners. In addition, there will be an additional one-time $50 bulk fee on some oversized items or 10 or more bagged items of soil, mulch, fertilizers, and others.

We also offer an assembly + set up service prior to delivery for eligible items such as furniture for an additional $50 fee. If Chalet is planting your tree or shrub, the planting fee is separate from delivery, and includes your delivery fee as well as any success products used by our planting crew. We now offer the option to request a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. You will receive email confirmation that we have your requested date and further notification when your delivery is scheduled. A Chalet team member will contact you if we cannot accommodate your requested date. We know everyone is busy; once a delivery date is confirmed and you need to reschedule the date before the originally scheduled date, we'll reschedule your delivery for no additional cost. If you need to reschedule on the actual delivery date, however, an additional $50 fee will be charged.
