We pride ourselves on offering various delivery options for online orders including a local delivery service (Chicagoland area) and UPS shipping. Learn more about our delivery services and exclusions below.

Whether it's a privacy screening tree for your garden or a designer scented candle, we can bring Chalet to you with our Chicagoland area delivery service.

Our standard delivery charge for orders is $99. We deliver using our own vehicles or trusted partners. In addition, there will be an additional one-time $50 bulk fee on some oversized items or 10 or more bagged items of soil, mulch, fertilizers, and others.

We also offer an assembly + set up service prior to delivery for eligible items such as furniture for an additional $50 fee. If Chalet is planting your tree or shrub, the planting fee is separate from delivery, and includes your delivery fee as well as any success products used by our planting crew. See below for a list of local zip codes we serve for delivery and planting.

We now offer the option to request a preferred delivery date during the checkout process. You will receive email confirmation that we have your requested date and further notification when your delivery is scheduled. A Chalet team member will contact you if we cannot accommodate your requested date. We know everyone is busy; once a delivery date is confirmed and you need to reschedule the date before the originally scheduled date, we'll reschedule your delivery for no additional cost. If you need to reschedule on the actual delivery date, however, an additional $50 fee will be charged.

We also offer nationwide (Excluding CA) UPS ground shipping for online orders. After your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation from Chalet with your UPS tracking number.

The following products are not eligible for shipping: live plants, bulk items, and other hard good items.

If you are local to Chalet, hard goods can be shipped to you instead of hand delivered, but live plants cannot be added to shipping orders and will remain eligible for hand delivery only.
