Sally Holmes Rose features showy lightly-scented white flowers with gold eyes and shell pink streaks along the branches from early to late summer, which emerge from distinctive peach flower buds. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has dark green deciduous foliage. The glossy oval compound leaves do not develop any appreciable fall color.
