Each planter arrangement is handmade by our Signature designers who will select the freshest materials and design a unique arrangement just for you.
Designs + Frequency: Six designs per year, with the following schedule: Comes in two different sizes to choose from: 12 inch ($129.99/piece), 14 inch ($179.99/piece) and 16 inch ($239.99/piece)
- January/Feb = Dried Arrangement
- March/April = Spring Outdoor Arrangement
- May/June = Summer Outdoor Arrangement
- July/August = Summer Outdoor Arrangement “Refresh”
- September/October= Fall Outdoor Arrangement
- November/December = Winter Outdoor Arrangement
Method of fulfillment: Please choose pick up or free delivery.
- Delivery will be made 7-10 days after your order is placed. You will receive a notification email when your order is ready.
About Chalet Signature Subscription Program:
- Your subscription will be charged every time your order is created.
- Your subscription will continue until a cancellation takes place. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Subscription price subject to adjustments every year in January.
- Each arrangement comes in a new, high-quality planter. If you wish to reuse a container, we can accommodate your request outside of your existing subscription program, as a stand-alone made-to-order custom project.

Returns accepted within 14 days with receipt (e-mail confirmation). Refunds issues only in original tender. Please no returns on sale, holiday, altered, or special order merchandise. Returns without a receipt receive store credit at the lowest price offered. Thank you! Annuals, perennials, roses, specialty and indoor plants carry no guarantee.
