Office Administrator (North Chicago, IL (near Gurnee))
Chalet has an Office Administrator position for your consideration. The main responsibilities are: Office Administration – Creating proposals, setting up contracts for new jobs, preparing invoices, maintaining customer database, and taking customer payments. Support of Staff – Creating written communications; troubleshooting questions involving customer job files; coordinating phone calls for professional staff; and general office support. Customer Care Associates (Wilmette, IL)
We are looking to add several staff members to the ever-growing Chalet Customer Care team. You would interact with our customers regarding everything Chalet, including both retail store and landscape services, that we receive via phone, emails, texts, website or social media. You would represent Chalet and assist our customers with a wide range of inquiries and requests: Product availability, the creation of new orders; the status of existing orders, event registration, landscape service inquires, payments processing for current landscape customers, and many more.
