Either grab yourself some, or make some lavender bitters and make this: 1.5 ounces of gin, sparkling water, thin cucumber slices, a little lemon juice, simple syrup, 3 drops of lavender bitters. Muddle the cucumber, and mix with everything else. Put over ice, and sip with friends. Yum!
