We offer free local delivery services of orders $250+ within a select zone around the Chicagoland area. Our standard delivery charge for orders ($249.99 or less) is $50. We deliver using our own vehicles or trusted partners. Furthermore, there will be an additional one-time $50 special fee pertaining to some oversized items or 10 or more bagged items of soil, mulch, fertilizers and others. We also offer an assembly + set up service for eligible items such as furniture for an additional $50 fee. We know everyone is busy; once a delivery date is confirmed and you need to reschedule the date for the 1st time, we'll reschedule your delivery for no additional cost. Should there be the 2nd rescheduling of your order order delivery, however, an additional $50 fee will be charged.
Returns accepted within 14 days with receipt (e-mail confirmation). Refunds issues only in original tender. Please no returns on sale, holiday, altered, or special order merchandise. Returns without a receipt receive store credit at the lowest price offered. Thank you! Annuals, perennials, roses, specialty and indoor plants carry no guarantee.
