Philodendron Malay Gold is a bright yellow hybrid introduced out of Thailand. This plant produces paddle shaped leaves as it climbs. Each leaf is bright golden yellow and grows to 8 inches or so long and 4 inches wide. A great plant for large terrariums or as a house plant.

Light: Needs bright but filtered light; avoid direct sun as it can scorch leaves. Water: Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top 1-2 inches to dry out before watering. Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity (50-60%). Use a table top humidifier or a pebble tray. Temperature: 65-75°F. Keep away from cold drafts and heating vents. Soil: Use a well-draining indoor potting mix. Fertilizer: Feed monthly during the growing season with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer.
