The Rose painted calathea, with it's clump forming habit is a species that's more than happy growing and being displayed indoors showing off it's striking leaves and suits growers requiring an undemanding plant. They also make an attractive choice of plant displayed on balconies and patios when temperatures are warm enough.

  • Water Needs: Moist

Plants are constantly growing, ever-changing, and therefore unique. Pots shown in pictures are sold separately. The plant you receive may vary from the photo, but rest assured, it holds the same glorious potential!

Light: Can survive in low to moderate indirect light, making them suitable for offices or rooms with minimal sunlight.
Water: Allow soil to dry out almost completely between waterings. Low-light plants often require less frequent watering.
Humidity: Low to moderate humidity (30-50%) is sufficient.
Temperature: 60-75°F. Adaptable to lower temperatures, but avoid frost.
Soil: Use a well-draining indoor potting mix.
Fertilizer: Fertilize sparingly, about once every 1-2 months during the growing season
