What makes this ginkgo special is that the mother tree (found at a rest area) has a particularly tight upright columnar habit. It only grows to about 6 ft. wide, but will grow to 20 ft. tall pyramidal column in around 15 years. If you've never seen a ginkgo leaf, they are one of the most beautiful leaves of any tree. They will add an exotic appeal to any garden or yard.
