Non-plant items may also be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. A receipt is required.

Annuals, perennials, houseplants, tropicals, and seasonal patio plants
Plants installed in containers and not planted directly in the ground
Clearance items or special-order plants
Damage due to weather, animals, neglect, improper planting, or site conditions
