What’s Covered
If Chalet planted the tree or shrub: You’ll receive a 100% replacement at no cost, including free replanting, with a plant of equal value, valid for one-time use.
If you planted it yourself: You’ll receive a 50% replacement credit toward a new plant, valid for one-time use.
What’s Not Covered
Annuals, perennials, houseplants, tropicals, and seasonal patio plants
Plants installed in containers and not planted directly in the ground
Clearance items or special-order plants
Damage due to weather, animals, neglect, improper planting, or site conditions
Replacement plants - warranty covers original purchases only
