Fabulous variegated foliage on graceful, spreading stems makes this plant a stunning groundcover in shady or woodland settings. Oval leaves carried on arched, burgundy stems are pale green with thin creamy white edges, the leaves turning golden yellow in fall. Dainty, bell-shaped white flowers in early spring dangle under the stems like little jewels. Pair with Autumn Fern (Dryopteris), Cranesbill (Geranium) and Hosta. Competes well with tree roots and grows under black walnut. While not the quickest to spread, it's definitely worth the wait!
