Kashmir enchants with large, fully double blooms of deep, velvety red and a rich, romantic fragrance. The luxurious flowers are carried on a vigorous, upright plant from summer into fall. Plant it in full sun, where it reaches three to five feet and makes a dramatic statement in border or bed. The saturated red color and old-rose perfume make the blooms wonderful for cutting. Glossy green foliage frames the flowers handsomely. For sumptuous, fragrant red, Kashmir is a jewel.
