Lungwort's flashy spotted foliage lends pizzaz to shady settings! Raspberry Splash features upright clumps of narrow, lance-shaped, dark green leaves heavily blotched with silver. Bright pinkish red flowers rise on short stalks just above the leaves in early spring. Dramatic planted as an edger along shady paths or as a small-scale groundcover. For best results, plant in morning or dappled sun locations in a compost-rich soil that drains well; avoid hot sun and soggy soil. Powdery mildew can be an issue; water in the morning so leaves don't remain wet overnight.
