A noticeable improvement over older forsythia varieties with huge yellow flowers blooming reliably from the tips of the branches all the way to the ground! Show Off is indeed that, flaunting large, densely set, brilliant yellow flowers all along the bare branches in April. You can even use them as cut flowers! Dark green, trouble-free leaves may turn burgundy to yellow in fall. The long stems are great for forcing. Dense, compact and upright in form, making this a great choice for mixed borders and no work, natural hedging. It's easy to care for and deer stay away.
