Like its full-size relatives, it’s a deciduous conifer, glowing warm orange and copper before shedding its needles in fall. Its compact, columnar size suits smaller gardens, containers, and tight spaces where the species won’t fit. Plant it in full sun, where it adapts to wet and average soils alike.
