The white bird of paradise, also known as Strelitzia Nicolai, is a stunning plant belonging to the bird of paradise species. Originating from South Africa, it is now commonly grown in Florida, California, and other locations. This queen of the indoor plant world, according to botanists, can reach heights of up to 7-8 feet. With its elegant presence, the white bird of paradise is a wonderful addition to any home or environment.

  • Soil & Watering: Semi-dry

Plants are constantly growing, ever-changing, and therefore unique. The plant you see in the photo is an example of the plant you will receive. Pots shown in the pictures are sold separately.

Light: Bright, indirect light is best. Some tolerate partial shade.
Water: Soak in room temperature water for 20-30 minutes once a week. Mist between soakings in dry conditions.
Humidity: Prefers 50-60% humidity. Increase humidity with misting if needed.
Temperature: 60-80°F is ideal. Protect from cold drafts and extreme heat.
Fertilizer: Fertilize monthly with a diluted air plant-specific or bromeliad fertilizer.
Soil: No soil needed. Can be mounted on wood, shells, or other decorative objects.
