Flower Carpet Scarlet Rose is blanketed in stunning lightly-scented scarlet flowers at the ends of the branches from late spring to early fall. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has dark green foliage throughout the season. The glossy oval compound leaves do not develop any appreciable fall color. The fruits are showy red hips displayed in late fall. It will tolerate heat and dryness well, and looks great massed; excellent choice for ground cover, borders or containers; foliage is highly disease resistant.
