Its dark green summer leaves turn brilliant shades of orange and red in fall, all on a narrow, upright frame. The tight form makes it ideal for lining drives or fitting into narrow spaces. Plant it in sun to part shade, where it grows into a tidy vertical accent. Tough and adaptable, it brings sugar-maple beauty to tight spots. For columnar form and fiery fall color, Green Column is a fine choice.
