Plants that are still in good condition may be returned to Chalet within 14 days of purchasing for a full refund. 

Our planting service comes with a one year warranty, see a breakdown of our warranty below...

If you decide to plant it yourself, and the plant dies within a year, our warranty will cover 50% of the original price in the form of a plant replacement. If Chalet plants the tree or shrub for you, then we will cover 100% of the price paid in the form of plant replacement as well as planting at no additional cost.
