This desirable evergreen has white splashing and dotting on broad, palmate leaves. The variegation changes with the seasons and as the plant ages. Named by Mr. Hirose of Iwakuni, Japan.

Light: Thrive in direct sunlight for several hours a day. Best suited for sunny windowsills or outdoor patios.
Water: Water thoroughly but allow soil to dry out between waterings. More tolerant of drought conditions.
Humidity: Low to moderate humidity (30-50%) is acceptable.
Temperature: 65-85°F. Withstand higher temperatures but keep them away from drafts or cold windows.
Soil: Well-draining soil, such as a cactus or succulent mix.
Fertilizer: Fertilize every 2-4 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced, general-purpose fertilizer.
