Chalet offers specially-formulated grass seeds for specific types of grasses found in the Chicago-land area. Our Shady mix works for areas with less than 4 hours of direct sun. Contains Fescues, Kentucky Bluegrass, and one improved Perennial Ryegrass.

Comes in 1-lb, 3-lb and 5-lb bags. The rule of thumb is 1-lb per 250-300 square feet of bare soil. If you have 50% grass coverage, then each pound will cover 500-600 square feet. Remember to water after applying and don't forget starter fertilizer!

Snake Plan is native to regions of West Africa including Nigeria and the Congo. It actually is closely related to Asparagus but not edible.
