Chalet offers specially-formulated grass seeds for specific types of grasses found in the Chicago-land area. Our Sunny variety works for areas with 5 or more hours of sun. Contains Kentucky Bluegrass and one improved Perennial Ryegrass.
Comes in 1-lb, 3-lb and 5-lb bags. The rule of thumb is 1-lb per 250-300 square feet of bare soil. If you have 50% grass coverage, then each pound will cover 500-600 square feet. Remember to water after applying and don't forget starter fertilizer!

No-contact Curbside Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail store at 3132 Lake Avenue in Wilmette, IL. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup within 3-5 days. Once you receive this email, please pick up the items within 72 hours.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days by replying directly to our order confirmation email. Refunds issued only in original form of payment.
