How does it work? Our COOLFRESH™ Technology uses a unique ice-cooling net embedded in an ultra-absorbing fabric to help keep your pet cool for longer periods of time compared to other fabrics without using chemicals!
How to use it? Wet, wring & wear. When water evaporates, repeat steps.
Product care:
- Store the cooling bandana dry while not in use
- Do not leave pet unattended while using this item
- Hand wash only with soap
- Please discard packaging after opening, it is not intended for repeat use or for storage of the item.
When you take it out of package, it may be damp and ready to use. ALWAYS WET THE BANDANA BEFORE UNFOLDING TO AVOID TEARING.
Delivery
We deliver products within a zone around the Chicagoland. We offer free delivery over $250, otherwise a $50 fee will be applied.

No-contact Curbside Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail store at 3132 Lake Avenue in Wilmette, IL. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup within 3-5 days. Once you receive this email, please pick up the items within 72 hours.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days by replying directly to our order confirmation email. Refunds issued only in original form of payment.
