Note: In the southernmost regions of the U.S., some of the lighter rope colors (i.e. Sand) may be more prone to color fading when placed in a very sunny location. Quite often we suggest to customers living in these types of environments to consider the darker colorways (Charcoal, Dark Spruce, Navy, etc.) They tend to hold up much longer in extreme sunlight.

Easily cleaned by shaking out or hosing down; soap or bleach can be used if needed

UV protection added in the rope making process in moderation to allow colors to fade beautifully over time

Best on anti-skid surfaces. Rug pad or anchoring recommended for smooth surfaces.

We deliver products within a zone around the Chicagoland. We offer free delivery over $250, otherwise a $50 fee will be applied.

No-contact Curbside Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail store at 3132 Lake Avenue in Wilmette, IL. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup within 3-5 days. Once you receive this email, please pick up the items within 72 hours.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days by replying directly to our order confirmation email. Refunds issued only in original form of payment.
