Elephants eat it, but you need not fear for your Portulacaria unless you have a pet pachyderm. The plant is a succulent with fleshy, glossy leaves that grows as a small bush. Elephant bush houseplants (Portulacaria afra) thrive in bright light in a warm, draft free room.

We deliver plants within a zone around the Chicagoland. As plants are perishable, we take care to deliver them by hand using our own vehicles.

No-contact Curbside Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail store at 3132 Lake Avenue in Wilmette, IL. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup within 3-5 days. Once you receive this email, please pick up the items within 72 hours.
