Delivery
This is a new product offering that we are launching exclusively at Chalet! All delivery orders during the holiday season will be delivered between December 19th-23rd.
Our deliveries include a white-glove setup process to ensure your success. The charge will be $75.
- Delivery zone includes the North Shore Suburbs North up to Winthrop Harbor and Wauconda; North Side of Chicago to downtown and Southwest to Oak Park.
Free In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup at our retail store at 3132 Lake Avenue in Wilmette, IL. These pickup orders will be available starting December 19th.
Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days by replying directly to our order confirmation email. Refunds issued only in original form of payment.
